Kindly note that you are required to achieve a minimum of 75% attendance and be certified competent in all the assessment components. Should you fail to meet the attendance/assessment requirements and/or terms and conditions of SSG’s funding, you will not be eligible for the course fee funding and will have to bear the full course fees.

This beginner-friendly course introduces participants to the fundamental features and functions of Microsoft Excel commonly used in today's workplace. Learners will develop practical skills in creating and managing worksheets, performing calculations, organizing and formatting data, creating tables and charts, and preparing spreadsheets for sharing and printing. In addition, participants will be introduced to Microsoft Copilot in Excel and learn how AI can assist with everyday spreadsheet tasks such as generating formulas, summarizing data, explaining functions, formatting worksheets, and creating charts. Through hands-on exercises and practical business scenarios, learners will gain confidence in using Excel efficiently while leveraging AI to enhance productivity.
